Today is Easter and Closing Day and while we’re sad to see the season come to an end, we’re excited to celebrate with you. Join us for Easter sunrise service, Easter brunch (only a few afternoon spots left!), an egg hunt and yellow snow eating contest for the kiddos, and you can’t forget about last blast.
Out on the mountain today, you can expect the morning groomers to be firm and soften up as the sunshine soaks the slopes with rays of warmth.

Schweitzer is German for crappy snow. I had to live there for 30 years due to my job. The maritime climate makes for wet or icy conditions. Management touts it as a destination resort. Being raised in Jackson Wyoming, I can attest to the fact that Schweitzer lacks the snow, class or ambiance of a destination resort. Go to a resort with higher elevation and finer amenities.
