Winterplace Ski Resort in the United States (West Virginia State) is a medium sized ski resort with 9 ski lifts ( 7 chair lifts, 2 surface lifts) but it only has 184 metres (603 feet) of vertical descent. Winterplace Ski Resort has 90 acres of terrain over 27 trails. Winterplace Ski Resort is best suited to intermediate skiers and snowboarders but there is some terrain for beginners and advanced skiers. Winterplace offers great variety in slopes for the east coast skiing. Visited in the first week of February 07 and snow condition were great, very little ice, with fresh manmade powder on most slopes. Even had some fresh natural snow falling.
I will buy a face mask, because the snow blowers really freeze your face without one. A small price to pay for great snow conditions.
