A rise in temperature in the Sutton area is being felt this week and again today. This should change starting tomorrow. We still received 2 cm of snow in the last 24 hours, but it didn’t quite stick at base due to the temperature of 4°C at 5 a.m. It’s a little different at the summit, where we received 4 cm of snow and the colder temperature helped to keep it. Fortunately, snowmaking will resume on Thursday. This springlike weather has left us with good coverage and a softened base. The surface is heavy snow in most areas.
