Bear Valley sommario
Bear Valley is in California's Sierra Nevada, located between Lake Tahoe and Yosemite. It enjoys 10m (30 feet) of snow in an average season, backed up by 100 acres of snow making. Bear Valley is suitable for all abilities. The season is from mid-November through to mid-April. Very extensive terrain parks and a pipe coming soon. No waiting at lift lines is the biggest plus at Bear Valley. Compared to Mammoth for example, Bear Valley isn't the greatest ski oppty with respect to vertical and terrain, but very decent nonetheless. Comparable with most major Lake Tahoe resorts though. Under new management, very friendly staff and tailored for the families with kids crowd.
